I ran a retreat here in June 2023 and I loved it for so many reasons.

A Struggle-free Workshop

In this workshop we will play with the theme of 'struggle-free' through arm balancing to build courage, strength, and trust in the self.
The arm balances will be sprinkled through a spacious and grounding Forrest Yoga practice, and will be taught in a way where the theme can be fully embodied.
All levels welcome.

Ignite Your Spirit
A Journey to the Core

Through a Forrest Yoga practice build on the pillars of strength, breath, integrity and spirit, we will dive into your core physically and energetically, to ignite energy and help you explore a deeper connection with your own centre of being.
You can expect oodles of Pranayama, juicy abdominal exercises, twists and grounding standing poses. All levels welcome.

Weekly In-Person
Yoga Classes
This practice is largely influenced by the Forrest Yoga method, a practice based on the pillars of Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit. Within this class you can expect Pranayama (breathing exercises), Core Work, Neck Releases, and conditioning poses, within a mix of flow and longer holds.
Modifications will be offered for injuries and pre and post-natal women with an established Yoga practice are also welcome.
Not suitable for beginners.

A place for Mammas to rise
A 6-week programme for women; mothers who want to learn about Matrescence, reflect on their journey within it, and who want to find clarity and connection, with the support of like-minded women.

6x 90 minute sessions, run over 6 consecutive weeks, based on the Mama Rising Formula of Support.

Each session consists of a short meditation, a yoga practice, prompted journal writing and group coaching & sharing.
